Luxury Concept & Interior Design

I designed a multi-level private residence with a fitness and wellness basement, creating a bold and luxurious living environment with strong visual impact. The clients wanted a highly individual concept featuring bespoke furniture, designer wallpapers, and elegant gold accents, resulting in a distinctive and cohesive interior.

Nearly all furnishings were custom-designed according to my concepts, achieving a memorable “wow” effect upon entering the home and exceeding the clients’ expectations. The project was also considered as a potential filming location for a television production. This project was developed in collaboration with Couchzone Beer GmbH.

Process & Realisation

The project was developed and visualized using Archicad and Thea Renderer, ensuring precise planning and photorealistic clarity throughout the design process. Close collaboration with the clients played a central role, including multiple design consultations, joint visits to suppliers, and curated material selection sessions within the Couchzone material studio.

As one of my first larger residential projects, I was entrusted with significant responsibility and gained valuable hands-on experience across all phases. I was regularly present on site during key construction stages and coordinated furniture deliveries and installation, ensuring that the design concept was implemented accurately and seamlessly.
