I designed a single-family house spanning three floors plus a basement wellness area, defined by a minimalist yet generous spatial concept. The interior palette is predominantly light and neutral, creating a calm and airy atmosphere, while carefully placed black elements introduce strong contrast and architectural depth. The clean lines, soft tones, and restrained material language subtly reference a Nordic design aesthetic, balancing simplicity with warmth and comfort.

Project Development & Visualization
The project was developed in 2023 and executed in 2024 in collaboration with Couchzone Beer GmbH and the lighting studio Carilicht, where it continues to serve as a representative showcase project. The photorealistic renderings were created using Archicad and Thea Renderer, allowing the design to be visualized with clarity and precision throughout the planning process.
